Getting started

How do I book a house cleaning?

Call or text me at (815) 207-0737, or send a message from the contact page. We will set up a free walkthrough, I will give you a price, and then we pick your first cleaning day.

Why do you need to see my home before giving a price?

Two homes the same size can need very different amounts of work. Seeing your home lets me give you a price that is fair and accurate, with no surprises later.

Is the in-home quote free?

Yes. The walkthrough and quote are free and you are never pressured to book.

Which towns do you serve?

New Lenox, Mokena, Frankfort, Joliet, Lockport, Homer Glen, Manhattan, Tinley Park, Orland Park, and Crest Hill. If you are close by, ask me.

About the cleaning

What is included in a regular house cleaning?

A regular clean covers kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces. That includes dusting and wiping surfaces, cleaning counters and sinks, scrubbing toilets, tubs, and showers, shining mirrors, emptying trash, and vacuuming and mopping floors.

What is the difference between a regular clean and a deep clean?

A regular clean keeps a home in good shape. A deep clean goes further into the details that build up over time, like baseboards, door frames, cabinet fronts, light switches, grout, and the corners that get skipped.

Do you clean inside the oven and fridge?

Those are extra tasks I can add, especially for deep cleaning and move out cleaning. Let me know during the walkthrough so I can include them in your quote.

Do I need to tidy up before you come?

Picking up clutter like toys, clothes, and papers helps a lot so I can reach the surfaces and floors. You do not need to clean before I arrive.

Can you use my cleaning products?

If you have products you love, or products you want me to stay away from, tell me during the walkthrough and we will figure it out together.

Scheduling and visits

How often should I schedule cleaning?

Weekly works well for big families and pet owners. Biweekly is the most popular for most homes. Monthly works for smaller or tidier households. One time cleans are great for events and moves.

Do I have to be home during the cleaning?

No. Many clients are at work. We can talk about entry and lock up during the walkthrough so you feel comfortable.

Will the same person clean my home every time?

Yes. I run this business myself, so I am the one who cleans your home on every visit.

What if I need to change my cleaning day?

Just call or text me as early as you can and we will find a new day that works.

Homes and families

Do you clean homes with pets?

Yes. Just let me know what pets you have, if they are friendly, and if they should be kept in a room while I work.

Do you clean apartments and condos?

Yes. I clean apartments, condos, and townhomes as well as single family houses.

Do you clean for people who are moving?

Yes. I do move out cleaning to help you leave your old place spotless and move in cleaning so your new home is fresh before you unpack.

What if I am not happy with something?

Tell me. I want you to love every clean. If I missed something, I will make it right.
