Bathrooms are the most detailed rooms in any home. Each one adds real time to a visit.
Type of cleaning
A regular visit, a deep clean, and a move out clean all take different amounts of work. A first time deep clean is usually longer than the visits after it.
How often I come
Weekly and biweekly homes stay cleaner between visits, so each clean is usually quicker than a one time job.
Pets and household
Pet hair, little kids, and busy households mean more floors, more fingerprints, and more crumbs. Totally normal. It just goes into the plan.

Most walkthroughs are pretty quick. It depends on the size of your home and how many questions you have. I never rush you.
Can you give me a price over the phone instead?
I can talk through what affects the price on the phone, but I only give a real quote after I see the home. That way the number is fair and there are no surprises later.
Will the price change after I book?
The price I give you is based on what we agreed to during the walkthrough. If you later add rooms, extra tasks, or change how often I come, we will talk about it first.
