Cleaning for apartments, condos, and townhomes
Smaller homes still get dirty. Actually, they can feel messy faster because every inch gets used. The kitchen is right next to the living room. The bathroom gets used by everyone. Shoes, mail, and bags pile up by the door. When a small space is clean, it feels open and peaceful. When it is not, it feels crowded.
I clean apartments, condos, and townhomes with the same care I give any house. And because smaller homes usually take less time, cleaning can be more affordable than people expect.

Apartment move out cleaning
Moving out of a rental is one of the most common reasons people call me. Your landlord or property manager will likely do a walkthrough, and a clean unit helps that go smoothly. My move out cleaning includes inside cabinets, inside the fridge and oven, closets, baseboards, and floors. If your lease has a move out checklist, send it to me and I will follow it.

Things I ask about for apartments and condos
Buildings can have their own rules. During the walkthrough, I will ask a few simple questions so cleaning day goes smoothly:
- Where to park
- How to get into the building and your unit
- Any building quiet hours or rules
- Where trash and recycling go
Pick the schedule that fits
Many apartment and condo clients like biweekly cleaning. Some prefer monthly. Others just want a one time clean now and then. We will figure out what makes sense during your free walkthrough.
Who cleans your apartment or condo
I do. I am Nevaeh, a cleaning lady in New Lenox who runs this business by myself. One person, one set of keys, and the same careful work every visit.
